Alice hops into the game after beginning the intro of putting on the virtual helmet. She picks a strange choice for most a small rat like female she finds it rather cute but then again she was one of those who would have one as a pet if she could.

"Yeeeah!~ it worked!~" states a player named Oswald Lupercus, a humanoid dog with a great-bow, quiver, sword, and some daggers, dressed in foresty artier, grinning widely, happy that he was finally in the Beta~

There were SEVERAL hundred other players logging in at the same time. Though there was plenty of room in the Town of Beginnings.
A message was sent to all the players.
Thank you for applying for the closed beta of Combat Art Online. If you check your inventory, you will find a few special items that will be unavailable in the main game once it launches

Oswald would find a self-revival item, several potions, as well as a special bow in his inventory.
These items are to help you help us check for bugs in the combat system

A lizardman would walk through the town with a light sigh. He'd shake his head. Seriously, do none of these people even know how to play a game like this? Everyone's just bumbling about he thinks to himself.
He starts to head towards the exit of the town, past Alice and Oswald on his way.

Meanwhile a small red dinosaur walking on two legs with rather sharp looking spikes, a sword in hand, and already some basic level gear, accompanied by a pine apple familiar was running around the Town of Beginnings completing quests and getting items to continue on, it seemed he had already completed the combat tutorial and was onto actually questing and leveling in the game, as he was currently level 5. Blade Master Class.

The little dinosaur would turn in yet another quest as he recieved a level up notification.
"Hmm? Oh cool! A new skill!" he commented as he pulled down the drop down menu and looked it over adapting his new skill to active. He blinked as he looked at his HUD, "Speed Leveling Boost enabled?" he questioned seeing what should be a counter on it... 9 minutes, no wait, thirty two seconds... no wait four hours? What the heck was the thing glitched?... if it was how much would it affect his actual leveling speed?
He shook his head restocking on items and checking his equipment as he took off for the exit into the world running past a lizard man, a small anthro rat, and an anthro dog... he didn't have time to deal with small talk and noobs exploring the world... there was a level cap and he had every intention of reaching it before the beta expired and he was pushed into the actual game. He hoped that when he did enter the actual game his hard work would stay with him.

The Lizardman rose an eyebrow, watching the little dinosaur run by, shaking his head lightly. So maybe someone else knew what they were doing.
"Yo. Dino dude. What do you say we ditch this town and try to see if we can take on the first dungeon."
He rose up a screen before sending a party invite. The invite showed his current level and his player name...
Dallarth. Level 25.

The small dinosaur paused before checking his email, reading the info, then after a moment sending a response.
"Wow... level 25 already, you really don't fuck around do you? I'll need to do some leveling to catch up but I'm game. "
Saurie Level 6

The Lizardman grinned lightly.
"Just click accept, then, and we'll be partied up. You should see my health bar appear below yours. I know where a rare monster spawns. We'll have you leveled up in no time."
